Amazing Apartments I have lived here for a year and am renewing. I will continue to live here. Best apartments I have ever lived in. The apartments are big, safe and beautiful. The Management, Office Staff and Maintenance guys are amazing. If you put in a maintenance request, they are there unbelievably fast. The whole team really does care about the property. Thank You All!
4 Years So Far I've been a tenant here for the past 4 years and I will continue to be for many more to come! Gas and water are included in your rent, the only utility you pay for is electricity. Your electrical bill won't be much, because these apartments are extremely well insulated. I live on the third floor (with GORGEOUS vaulted ceilings) and our average for a very spacious 2 bed/2 bath is about 70$ a month. And we keep it COLD in the summer. Great location, plenty of space - gas paid! This is probably the best apartment complex we have lived in during our 8 years of apartment living. Utility costs are easily controlled because they cover the cost of gas. The buildings are only 10 years old, so there's no problems with unsealed windows, malfunctioning heating/cooling systems, or outdated appliances.
