I've never seen a Dr care less about their patient's well being than Dr. Scott Phillips. It was stunning. I asked him if he recommended Tylenol or advil for my headaches until I could get to a neurologist and he wouldn't tell me. He said he didn't know. But the one nurse there is amazing and saved the practice single-handedly for me. If you're looking for an new PCP I'd say stick with the lesser of the two evils, UPMC.
