Horrible customer service
Absolutely terrible. Where do I even start? — It once took roughly 2 weeks just to get a refill on medication. — How about the watermelon-sized tumor that was in my grandmother’s stomach that was missed at her yearly checkup (keep in mind she is a skinny/tiny old woman and even as a young adult, my PCP at UPMC checks my abdomen during every visit to feel for abnormalities). — I also love being told that her bloodwork is PERFECT/NORMAL when it clearly isn’t. I've never seen a Dr care less about their patient's well being than Dr. Scott Phillips. It was stunning. I asked him if he recommended Tylenol or advil for my headaches until I could get to a neurologist and he wouldn't tell me. He said he didn't know. But the one nurse there is amazing and saved the practice single-handedly for me. If you're looking for an new PCP I'd say stick with the lesser of the two evils, UPMC.
