Great doctors they pay attention to your needs.
The people working the front desk are extremely rude, tried scheduling as a new patient as I haven't had a PCP in years, and the first lady who wasn't friendly about it at all said I need to call customer service for my insurance, ok fine. Hung up, did this right away and the lady for insurance actually called them back while I was on the phone and a totally different lady picked up and basically cut her off when telling her we wanted to schedule an appointment as a new patient and said " well this isn't how we do it " my in... read more
Worst place to go ever especially if you are a person of color and they can't tell exactly what type of color I went there in March to get a referral so I can continue going to the pain clinic for my chronic pain issues never asked them for a single thing I didn't even ask them for pain medication I went there for a referral so I can go back to the pain clinic because I had to switch my insurance around and then I find out that they didn't even pull my files I go back there they refuse to treat me after I was told not to com... read more
I called to scheduled an apt at 2pm got everything rolling and had to call my surgeon to ask a question called back at 227 to confirm the appointment and what test i needed to get done and it goes to voice mail saying the office was closed.. they turned off the phones over a half hour before they closed. So now i am unable to confirm my testing and what needs to be done and have not a time to go in for my appointment. What the hell kind of service is this
