My grandson was a patient at Brentwood Behavioral Hospital. I think Administration needs to monitor the nursing staff. A woman named woman named Chelsea held my grandson down while an 11 year old girl kicked him in his private area.. Then a boy started punching him also. I rated them a two because of the abuse my grandson endured. His counselor (Latoya was very nice. Crystal our discharge nurse was also nice. I would give them a high rating.
Absolutely terrible. Stay as far away as you possibly can. The staff are authoritarian assholes and fo absolutely nothing to stop the other patients from physically assaulting each other
Yes, I’m giving a positive star rating, however, my visit there wasn’t too positive. It made me very anxious, and every human there asked me what happened after I stated I was suffering from PTSD. If I am suffering from PTSD, the last thing I’d want to do was talk about it. Do I have to mention the people? I was bullied and yelled at there by other patients. I only liked one of the nurses and my doctor. The staff was awful. They watched me cry constantly because people were yelling at me. They shooed others away from me one ... read more
My son was originally going to childrens hospital from all our understanding.How my son ended up at Brentwood was due to open beds available. Upon entering Brentwood my son was bullied by and older patient.This can never promote or produce healing. I spoke with nurses and staff along with my son who informed me that the adults had no control over the older child. It was Friday Saturday and Sunday.
