I wouldn't even consider it a one star! Awful dirty nasty bugs black mold NO MAINTENANCE, NO RELIABLE MANAGEMENT!! Filled with residents dealing and doing Meth, Crack or anything that's illegal. Pot holes as big as a Kiddie pool. Roof and doors leak everywhere. They never answer the phone, if you are EVER able to leave a MESSAGE, you'll Never get a call back!!? I've been at this property for 2 yrs now and it has gone downhill. We have no manager in the building except to collect rent 1st-5th. Corporate sends Carrie Thompson who is a nightmare she's rude disrespectful and condescending most residence are fearful of her afraid they will be evicted if they complain. Good people live here. The apartments are nice. Wish they had patios/balconies. The current "community manager" is not trustworthy. I've witnessed him lie more than once. He is a gossip. Gossips about tenants!! Has been known to make appointments to meet with tenants and make no effort to let tenant know he wouldn't be there He talks down to people who live here. See him belowĀ
Hello, I recently applied for an apartment. I found the grounds to be well-kept. The apartment I was shown was nice. I have been trying to reach someone; emails do not get a response. Phone callsāno one ever answers, and it goes to a voicemail box which is full. The website says they are open M-F but voicemail message says M/W/F. Does anyone really work there? Then I come across them on Zillow and it says income restricted, so I can't even live there because I make too much according to them, I don't see this anywhere on their website. What a waste of my time trying to reach out.Ā
The location is good and dogs are allowed however some tenants are too trifling to pick up their dogs poop. So there is dog poop in the parking lot, the playground, the storage area basically wherever there is grass. Nasty tenants also throw their trash around so there are empty bottles and food containers on the property. Luckily there are no mice and roaches crawling around but its only a matter of time. The rent is affordable is the reason for two stars.Ā
This is worst place to live. I live there and my Apartment would flood with sewer water all the time and they would say they fixed and would not happen again and it did all the time they would make me clean the mess and would not even help with supplies. I would have to pay for it. I asked to be moved to different apartment they said NO. the landlady is a bitch doesnt care calls the cops for every little thing then when me and my husband had an argument. dont go here if you need something fix they come up with excusses not to fix it in a timely maner. she will complain about your apartment smelling like urine if you have a medical contition that causes you to have little accidents will say for apartment reaks of urine when you have 3 other people come in an say it doesnt smell like urine. now we are being kick out for the non existent smell and she knew my h...Ā read more
If I could give no stars I would. I lived here for almost 5yrs. In the time I lived here we went through 6+ managers, and to many Maintence men to keep track of. There where several homes with bedbugs and they just kept spreading to more homes. The children living there are never watched and they steal and vandalize constantly.
