The maintenance man Seth here is awesome! He completes requests very timely and works around my schedule. He’s very friendly and always does a thorough job. He goes above and beyond to help the tenants here.
Absolutely love this apartment. Zac, our maintenance guy, is awesome. If I ever have an issue he is quick to fix it. I’ve had a lot of experience with other apartments and their maintenance teams-and it’s almost never been good. I’ve never felt comfortable with someone entering my apartment with me not being home until I moved here. Everything is always fixed properly and in a timely manner. Could not ask for a better maintenance person. :)
The management and maintenance at this apartment is absolutely fantastic. The last management company was pretty bad, but when the new one came in a lot changed. It’s refreshing to see they actually care about the tenants in the building. I’ve never had a problem with them and they have been severely helpful with any problem I have. The building is also great, tenants are friendly and units are spacious. 11/10 :)
Fun place to live, the new management team is very proactive and fun to interact with, very kind and fast responsive . The building is close to public transportation, restaurants, shopping. Neighbors are all friendly and care about your surroundings like it’s their own. Very quiet after hours. Nice place to live. I’m happy about it . Thank you 😊
Past management has been horrible. The management currently is amazing. The manager communicates very well and responds even on her off days. The maintenance man is also super sweet and helpful. It’s an accessible place to live which is nice. It’s a secured building as well which makes me feel safer.
