They will remodel the apartment off of your dime. Do not, under any circumstances, rent these apartments. After a year of good tenancy, paying all invoices in full on time, they decided they "didn't want to renew the lease." That's upsetting, because I thought being a good tenant would increase the odds of continuing your residence there. We have moved out, and we got a bill for a massive amount of money because they wanted to remodel the apartment on the former-tenant's dime. Save yourself, and your hard-earned money.
I would never give my business again I lived here for just under 2 years. They change policies without notifying me when I complained then told me that they weren't required to tell me. Their online rent payment system never worked when I tried to use it. Maintenance was terrible, I usually ended up just fixing things myself rather than wait. The manager never answered the phone about issues. Would not reccomend it.
