Stopped by this place about 10x in one day...not because I personally had an emergency but because it was an unreasonably hot day during the LA marathon and a group or us were trying to keep runners cool by spraying them with water. The staff here was really kind and not only let us constantly go back and forth to refill our buckets and water sprayers, but they even thanked US for helping the runners. I had an excellent experience at Brentview Medical. The front desk staff made check-in a breeze, and the nurses were incredibly kind and professional. A special thank you to Dr. Brooke Levine—she was fantastic! She took the time to listen and provided top-tier care with a wonderful bedside manner. It’s rare to find an urgent care that feels this personal and efficient. I’m so grateful to the whole team!
I had initially a great experience at Brentview Urgent Care in July of 2025. I paid the out-of-pocket bill promptly but since then have received endless bills and their bills never reflect my payments. I've had Bank of America try to resolve this issue but they've told me they've been unsuccessful at reaching anyone in billing dept. I've phoned numerous times, get someone live and then immediately get transferred to a long wait and never connect. I've filed a complaint with BBB and awaiting their attempts to resolve this. Short wait time and great kind staffs. Was in and out in no time and got treated with no stress. Feeling much better after the treatment.
I had the best experience at this urgent care. The PAs here are incredibly smart, thorough, and genuinely caring. I was shocked that there was basically no wait time at all and everything ran so smoothly and efficiently. The entire team was extremely organized, the X-ray technician was excellent, and everyone had amazing bedside manner. I felt listened to, well cared for, and confident in the treatment I received. Hands down the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had and I would recommend this place to anyone.
