I didn't get my Crepe Myrtles trimmed the way I expected, tree limbs were left on top of my house, and I request that some bushes be cut back and they were barely cut back. Originally when I called and sent pictures, the guy I talked agreed that the Crete Myrtles were not trimmed right (I sent pictures), and sent someone out to take care of if. Without a doubt Louis and his crew are the hardest working, conscious about details to the end!!! Good example I kept seeing a big piece of cardboard under their truck, truck would move and would see cardboard under there again! What the hell so I watched until they moved truck and chipper and it was there to catch a minor oil drip so it wouldn’t stain my driveway!!! Quick & competent. Came & consulted with me while working to give me some choices when a situation warranted. Did a lot more than they had to do. Good clean up. Big hard-working crew (6 men) plus trailer and wood chipper. Took out dead and diseased trees - some very large.
Brents Tree Service is simply the best in their business. I just finished the 2nd successful project with Brents. The first project consisted of tall trees that other similar services declined for fear of the height, but 3 big trees were neatly brought down. I had a very large Chinese Empress tree come down in my back yard. They came and cleaned it up for me. Did such an amazing job!
