I've been going to Brent's since I moved to this side of the state in '89 . I was only 15 . 27 yrs later , Brent's is still the only music store I buy any thing from . In fact , the les Paul that is still my main guitar came from Brent's in 1993 ! To me , the customer service is second to none ( not to mention, I consider everyone there , my friends , as well ) !
