I bought one of my first guitars off Steve way back in the day. He’s still here at the shop, the same guy we all know and love. Come check out Brent’s and buy your gear from them. Trust me they will always take care of you and you can count on always getting a deal. And if you make fun of Steve while you’re there, you’ll have a lot more fun too. Just tell him I sent you lmao. Brought my old keyboard in there a few years ago to get the battery replaced. Guy in the keyboard section told me how much it would cost and would take two weeks. I agreed. Two weeks (to the day) later I called to see if it was ready. Same guy told me he couldn't get to for another two weeks unless I paid a $15 expedite fee. I agreed and got my keyboard the next day. They got $15, but will never get another nickel from me again. With that kind of sleazy business practice I'm shocked they've been in business so long. Sad part... read more
