I had an awful experience living here from 2021 -2023. Mice, roaches, several ceiling leaks to the point where management asked me if I even wanted it fixed at that point. Upstairs neighbors would stay up smoking & selling weed and up to ‘late night activities’ all night I couldn’t tune out with noise cancelling headphones, white noise, and fans. Has subpar soundproofing due not being taken care of over the course of almost a century. One of the basement staircases is a death trap - almost fell down it twice while trying to go up with my laundry. Please seal up the staircase where the door opens up with no ground/floor before the staircase starts; nobody needs to crack their skull on the concrete down there. Otherwise, it's a pretty convenient location and has a nice amount of laundry machines. Just avoid the staircase that is directly below the entrance (use the one... read more
