He's an awesome doctor. He listens to what you are telling him. When he explains things he does it so you understand what he's saying. He always checks my previous visits and asks how things are going. I would recommend him!
New patient appointment was incredible. Dr. Baldwin had already reviewed my rather extensive medical records. Listened attentively and explained everything in detail. Did not rush through. Excellent experience.
Scheduled type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure visit.
Dr. Baldwin was fine. However, I was sent to the Lab on the first floor for tests. Unfortunately, at 12 minutes before 12 noon, no one was available to check in. Apparently, everyone had gone to lunch. Finally, a nice young lady in the "occupational" Check in (to the right side of the room as one comes in) said she could do the check in for the lab. Then it was the longest wait ever for the nice young lady to come from the lab. I am aware of the covid 19 issues, but the first flow check in was not good.
