Both of my dogs love coming to see Dr. Johnson! The staff is very considerate and helpful - especially since my big dogs are SO excited to come that it makes it difficult for me to keep them still while I check them out. The staff helps me manage them when we're there. I've had nothing but positive experiences at this office.
The place was very clean and Dr Jay Epping and his staff were amazing! They took very good care of our dog.
My first experience at this pet clinic: I brought my Persian kitty in to have her paws fixed and to be spayed. The staff was wonderful and obviously loved pets. The Veterinarian called 2 hours after the procedure just like she said, she told me her surgery went well, but then had to break the news to me that my Lola, is really a boy! She was so great about it that the shock was definitely lessened by her compassionate explanations. LOL! The staff also was great about it and lessened my sadness. We started bringing our dog here a few months ago and cannot be happier with the care he receives. From his checkup and shots, to some skin irritations. The staff is wonderful and meets his every need. Thanks so much for the outstanding care!!
We have been brining our dogs to CRPH ever since we moved to Minnesota almost 15 years ago, and I couldn't imagine taking them anywhere else. The care and compassion that they get there, and the service that we get as clients is above par. The doctors, the staff, everything...we have always been so very pleased, and they are some of the best around when it comes to first class care for our canine family members!
I have been bringing my dog Max to see Dr. Johnson for two years now and we love her, the staff and the clinic. They are always on time and so informative. Dr. J always gives me options and let's me know when it's OK to push procedures out (like teeth cleanings). I also love that I can call with any concerns and get advice on the spot. Your pets are in good hands here!
