Got in on time and out quickly. The entire team is very professional and caring. We are fortunate to have Jenny and her staff here to help us with our health needs.
The only complaint I have is that the clinic Dr. Kayal works at, is no longer affiliated with the JMCH and does not take my United Healthcare Insurance. Now I have to find another gastroenterologist that I probably will not like or cares about my health as well. Dr. Kayal has always done me right along with his nurse, Pam. I hope Dr. Kayal reads this review. He was my gastroenterologist for several years and need to get back to him.

Jenny McWilliams is the best. We love her so much. Her kind smile from the minute she walks in the door to the I’m glad I got to see you today when she leaves the appointment. She takes time to listen to all your concerns, problems, questions and just an ear when you need to talk. I have never felt rushed so she can get to the next patient like some offices. Dr. Kayal has always been professional and polite during my visits. Does have a sense of humor and serious about your care. He takes the time to talk to you and prepare you for whatever procedure you may be getting. I would like to return as his patient but the company he works for changed their association with West Tenn. Healthcare and the company dropped my insurance. That would not be his fault.
