Called on a Friday and had a nice chat with his receptionist. Was assured of a callback; that never happened. Glad we were able to get someone out that following Monday to start work. I am sure 3 days of work for 10k must not have been enough of an incentive for Brent to return my call. He came highly recommended. Disappointed in the lack of professionalism and now know whom not to call and whom to use in the future.
