I was referred to Dr. Stevens by my primary care doctor. At my appointment, Dr. Stevens said he doesn’t handle my issue and that he would have to refer me elsewhere. I was then charged a large amount of money for this visit. I’m expected to pay this amount even though all he did was send me to another doctor. I called Health First and was told that I would have to pay the balance because it was an “office visit.”

Wonderful Doctor and staff. Dr. Stephens shows compassion and understanding, as well as giving good explanations for care.

Front desk help is absolutely horrendous, called over 45 times, waited an hour on the phone and never got a response back, Dr. did a good job on my surgery but either needs to hire more staff or fire who is there. I’ve never seen so much unprofessional behavior in the medical industry.

Dr. Stephens knew exactly what to do with the severe pain in my elbows. I didn't believe him but after the first day of prednisone they both are about 90% better! It also helped the pain in my knees and hip. I'm so grateful I wad referred to him by Dr. Nuebert.

Dr Brent Stevens was terrific. His patience and caring took it to the superb level. I had fullbtotal reverse shoulder replacement. From my initial exam to surgery was perfect. Caring ang explaining every step. On the road to recovery and PT he guided me through. I had minimal pain more discomfort than pain. His team is caring and called checking up on me. Recovery then shoulder number two. Thank you Dr Stevens. I feel a difference already it's been 1 month.
