Front desk help is absolutely horrendous, called over 45 times, waited an hour on the phone and never got a response back, Dr. did a good job on my surgery but either needs to hire more staff or fire who is there. I’ve never seen so much unprofessional behavior in the medical industry.
Dr. Stephens knew exactly what to do with the severe pain in my elbows. I didn't believe him but after the first day of prednisone they both are about 90% better! It also helped the pain in my knees and hip. I'm so grateful I wad referred to him by Dr. Nuebert.
Dr Brent Stevens was terrific. His patience and caring took it to the superb level. I had fullbtotal reverse shoulder replacement. From my initial exam to surgery was perfect. Caring ang explaining every step. On the road to recovery and PT he guided me through. I had minimal pain more discomfort than pain. His team is caring and called checking up on me. Recovery then shoulder number two. Thank you Dr Stevens. I feel a difference already it's been 1 month.
Had one rotator cuff repaired by Dr Stephens Was totally impressed by his patience with me along with his staff Looking forward to him repairing my other rotator cuff sooner than later ;) Great staff great doctor highly recommend 10* at least. 5* each shoulder for sure ;) Edit- 2nd surgery was a breeze knowing I was having it done by Dr Stephens As always everyone was just fantastic Great staff Eased all my worries Really top notch Thank you
My shoulder replacement was so smooth. Pain relief was a priority. The care was wonderful. Three weeks in 3 days and I take Tylenol or ibuprofens.
