Yes, they were able to answer my questions Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Did your treatments with this chiropractor eliminate your need for pain medication? Yes, I no longer need pain medication and I feel better than I've ever felt

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
