We love Dr. Brent and his staff especially Miss Shannon. My oldest had a very bad experience when she was younger and a different pediatric office and was terrified of the dentist. Our first trip she loved Miss Shannon and Dr. Brent so we always see Shannon. They are sure she was comfortable and talked her through every step. Even when she had to have a few fillings done, they made her aware of everything and gave her meds to make her comfortable and not nervous. They were awesome and she wasn't scared a bit. Its always a GREAT experience when we go in!! This is the only dentist my son has ever been to and we don't plan on leaving! My son usually is a hard one to work with but yesterday he did great!! Crystal is ahhmazing with him and very patient!! He really likes her!! And he loves talking to Dr. Brent about fishing! Its great that he takes time to talk to him and answer all his 50 questions!!! Thanks Dr. Brent and staff for making us feel welcomed!!!
I love this place. My sister and I went there as young girls and now my son is a patient there. They're caring and I love that the nurses call my son by his nickname....make us feel like family!
