Dr. Prosser is extremely professional and caring. He is very thorough in explaining everything to his patients and truly cares about their well being. I highly recommend Dr. Prosser.
Schedulers are doing triage and aren’t capable of it. This practice is going corporate and that’s not good. I have been a client for 20 years and am treated like a stranger by those you first interact with.

Colonoscopy—reviewed procedure and expectations. Open to questions. Reviewed procedure after, explaining preliminary findings both found and not found. Discussed suggested plan, options open to questions. Noted follow up for pathology results.
Dr Prosser and his staff are very professional and caring. My procedure was done in a timely manner. The only complaint is that it is hard to reach a person when I wanted to schedule.
I have the highest confidence in Dr. Prosser and all the personnel at G J Gastroenterology. They are friendly and take good care of me and explain everything fully. I couldn't be more pleased with the whole procedure, even if it is something nobody really wants to go through!
