I highly recommend Dr. Pickrell if you find yourself in need of orthopedic surgery. I actually needed what I believe was an epidermoid cyst removed that became infected and was referred to a plastic surgeon since it was on my face. It's not really the work that they do but he was the only plastic surgeon that my doctors could find that took my insurance after I had a bad experience with the first referral trying to push me into accepting general anesthesia for a superficial skin surgery!
