Always shows concern when I bring up questions, and refers to specialists to reolve
I get the best care and doctors and nurses are always nice and helpful
Dr Hoffman is very helpful, a great listener. Only problem, Urgent care can be hit or miss. And with primaries so booked, they can't be available for immediate need illness or injury. Gateway urgent clinic is probably best.And, I did receive great care from the virtual visit Covid clinic. Including searching to make sure the pharmacy we chose had meds In stock. Thanks.

I HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH DR. HOFFMAN; HE HAS BEEN MY DOCTOR LONGER THAN HE'S BEEN HERE. ONLY BAD EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IS SOMETIMES A LONG WAIT TIME. NOT THIS TIME.
