This was a new patient appointment! First visit to Dr Hoffman. Most of these questions do not in fairness reflect Dr Hoffman's knowledge of my medical history! Dr Hoffman was easy to talk to and did look up my history as posted on my chart! I really liked him and the office staff and glad I chose him to be my new doctor for my health care!
I really enjoy the fact that he wants to know how I am doing both physically and mentally. I am glad I signed up with Providence.
Thankful for my medical team.
Dr Hoffman is professional, courteous, great listener and better not have any plans of retiring, lol. And he also puts up with my humor.
