I've been going to PMG-Clackmas for years and I've never had to wait more than a couple minutes after my appointment to be seen. This time I waited 20 minutes, so I knew the team must have been having a tough day - feeling the pressure of all the patients waiting.In spite of that, everyone seemed relaxed, cheerful and caring.
