Dr. Hoffman is not my primary provider. I made an appointment with him because he had availability on the day I needed to be seen. I was impressed with and grateful for the excellent care I received

Dr Hoffman always helps me when my other doctors don't. I wasn't able to get a response from my neurosurgeon and Dr Hoffman was there for me almost immediately. I trust him completely which is rare for me. He helped me while the other dr was too busy to respond to my phone calls.
I have always had good care from Providence physicians and staff.
