We would not recommend Brent Jansen Plumbing Ltd. to install residential hot water tanks. The wiring in the top of our hot water tank was not connected properly and resulted in a small fire. See photos below. We subsequently had to hire a certified electrician to connect the wires properly at our expense. Brent Jansen Plumbing Ltd."s customer service was unacceptable. After months of emails and phone calls they continued to take no responsibility for their work.
