I have been a patient of Dr. Bitner's for 6 years, he has never left me in pain and is very gentle and checks often to see if I'm doing alright.. I have never left the office wondering what was done, or what plan of treatment we are going to proceed with. The office manager knows insurances, are not always available or do not pay for everything, and can offer payment plan's that are affordable for even small budgets. His staff is is alway kind and helpful and can answer most questions .
They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Dr. Bitner is an easy going guy. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff and I was referred by a woman who used to work there. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.... read more
