Brilliant customer service while on holiday this year saw a charm I wanted but shop was shut so sent message to Amy and managed to get charm sent to New Orleans hotel as was on a road trip and only stayed in Alabama for 2 nights been collecting travel pandora charms so was thrilled to get this one to complete my bracelet
