Selecting Windermere Real Estate agents Sandra Brenner and Steve Hill was an easy choice based on their knowledge of the area, professional expertise and their friendly communication style. Their local knowledge of our neighborhood helped us establish an asking price which was supported by their marketing strategy. Sandra and Steve scheduled and coordinated all the logistics required in preparing our home for sale since we moved out of state. Sandra and Steve kept us constantly informed from our initial consultation whether to list our home through the close of escrow and beyond. Sandra's negotiation skills resulted in a full price offer with multiple contingencies involving buyers and sellers of three other properties. Steve and Sandra are energetic, charming, timely, and responsive. When we hit bumps in the road, as you always will in a home sale or purchase, they came with solutions and backed their suggestions with examples and research. They were low pressure on decisions that did not call for urgency; which made them believable when they said there was a "need for speed" (in other words, they never made everything a five alarm fire storm). The after-contract support was great. We would work with them again.
