Steve and Sandra are energetic, charming, timely, and responsive. When we hit bumps in the road, as you always will in a home sale or purchase, they came with solutions and backed their suggestions with examples and research. They were low pressure on decisions that did not call for urgency; which made them believable when they said there was a "need for speed" (in other words, they never made everything a five alarm fire storm). The after-contract support was great. We would work with them again.
