My first exam was very thorough. Dr. Brenner took the time to ask detailed questions about where my pain was located and how it felt. Often, when you’re in pain, it’s difficult to describe beyond simply saying that it hurts. I went to Dr. Brenner for neck pain and had a great experience. He is extremely knowledgeable and truly great at what he does. The office is very clean, comfortable, and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. From the first session and every session after, Dr. Brenner really takes the time to explain what may be causing me the pain I’m experiencing and really explains the treatment he is providing. He listens to what I’m explaining in terms of pain areas and alters his treatment. He makes you feel comfortable and relaxed and validates your concerns. He is wonderful!
Dr. Brenner is truly the best! From the moment you meet him you can see he truly cares. He cares about what’s causing you pain and is determined to get to the root of it. He is so welcoming and immediately makes you feel safe. He remembers everything you tell him about yourself whether it’s from talking about pain, to just small talk. I’ve seen him do this with every patient making them feel special. I’ve been going to him for months now and I can truly say he’s made such a difference. 10/10 recommend !!!
