I really liked Dr. Haas. I thought was very kind and helpful when we saw her for my baby's 3 month checkup. I would have liked to continue seeing her, but the front desk staff was rude and unpleasant to deal with, so I will not be returning and will be finding a different pediatrician.
Dr Z. and staff are great! I'm always impressed with how relaxed I am when visiting, even when my little ones are sick. Robin at the front desk always has a smile on her face and the nurses are fantastic with children. With a fast response, Mara, the nurse, helps out with scheduling. Dr Z. takes her time giving the medical attention needed for my babies. I highly recommend Wake Forest Baptist Peds.
The doctor beside matter was horrible and not personable at all. Always canceled appointments at the last minute. Didn’t feel like she really listened to my concerns as a mother and dismissed them all together
