Worst apartments I've ever lived in. Constant maintenance issues. The heating units weren't made for cold weather so my apartment stays in the 60's when it's cold and the furnace runs continually blowing cold air leaving us with an electric bill of hundreds of dollars. Managements answer is "you have a top floor apartment and the attic area isn't insulated". Thank you for telling me about this when I signed my lease. I'm looking forward to the day it's up, can't come soon enough. Do not live here.
