I tried coming here years ago for my 3rd wedding anniversary with my then husband who was disabled, having been diagnosed with MS. We took the street car in the heat , it was a struggle for him. We were very condescendingly turned away because he was in khaki shorts, with a collared shirt. Told they’d hold our table for an hour. We couldn’t make it back. After that treatment never tried again. I LOVE the city otherwise but a very bitter taste left in my mouth.

Been going since we got engaged for many years still like a trip back in time. Nothing like banana foster where it was invented.
We brought our family of 6 and was expecting a meal of a lifetime. The food was very disappointing. The fish was fishy and soggy and the steak was pitiful. The scallops were good but there were only 3 at 15$ a piece. The bathrooms were in terrible shape. I can’t even describe how disgusting. Our waitress did not even ask how our meal was. Like she knew.
Beautiful ambiance and fantastic food
The food is amazing and the service is top notch. Sven took care of us and helped celebrate my fiancé’s birthday. Thank you again for the hospitality!
We felt Christmas will be the best if we can go to Brennan’s for brunch and we did not feel disappointed! The banana foster was the best of all the delicious dishes we had! Congratulations to all the employees and their service. Superb Christmas Day to you all!
