First off, I had to give one star otherwise could not post. I highly recommend against using this company. I had them install an aluminum fence around a new inground pool in April 2022. Originally, we were going to have the fence outside the concrete deck but, agreed to put the fence in the concrete at an additional $1,475 for a total cost of $5,475. $15K spent on install. Called 3 different times due to the gate not properly latching. Finally Joe comes out and tells us he will come back in 3 days. 23 calls later, pleading with the owner Jim they tell me he will come but just been so busy with other customers. Apparently spending $15K no longer makes us a customer important enough. Gave them 1 week to get it fixed before filing a BBB report, ensuring I let every customer know to beware still no response! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Next stop for us is small claims court
