I generally don't leave reviews, but decided it was warranted in this case as Brennan's Fence company is absolutely horrible and left my property in a very dangerous state after the fence installation. We're very lucky, as my family or pets could have been electrocuted since their installation hit the power lines on my property. First off, I had to give one star otherwise could not post. I highly recommend against using this company. I had them install an aluminum fence around a new inground pool in April 2022. Originally, we were going to have the fence outside the concrete deck but, agreed to put the fence in the concrete at an additional $1,475 for a total cost of $5,475. $15K spent on install. Called 3 different times due to the gate not properly latching. Finally Joe comes out and tells us he will come back in 3 days. 23 calls later, pleading with the owner Jim they tell me he will come but just been so busy with other customers. Apparently spending $15K no longer makes us a customer important enough. Gave them 1 week to get it fixed before filing a BBB report, ensuring I let every customer know to beware still no response! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Next stop for us is small claims court
