My mother was one of the first tenants in the first building and the apartment was so nice my aunt decided to move there too. My mothers neighbors were extra nice and helped my out when needed and they helped my handicapped brother as well. When I had to move my mother out….. the property manager was excellent and the moving out process was super easy and it did not take long to receive her refund deposit.

I moved in in DEC 2024 when i did My walk through it was so many things that needed to be done and i was Told they would be done and yet we in April and still haven’t even gotten my new appliances, my bathroom is missing a cabinet door that i still Haven’t received. The lady in the rental office do not answer the phone. She forgets everything. I still dont have a mailbox key that they are suppose to give me. I currently live in the building and was one of the first pple to move in, don’t get me wrong they look decent but after 8yrs no upkeep, they won’t paint, it’s one maintenance man and he does everything but his job, he sits in his truck, he’ll be out here playing with a dog, washing the truck blasting music so no maintenance is being done in either building. I am so maddd. I have reached out to corparate and sent emails to the reagional. Both with no response. I moved in 3/28/17. And I moved out 8/29/23. When I moved out of my apartment was literaly move in ready. I did not recieve my deposit refund until April 3. And it was incorrect. Once I spoke to the property manager, I was charged for time that I wasn't even in the apartment. My original deposit was $689 and they only sent me a check for $238. It took 4 days to get someone on the phone. Then go in person today and it's during office hours but no1 is there and the door locked. Especially when I told thr person I'll be there Monday morning. This is unprofessional.
