My mother was one of the first tenants in the first building and the apartment was so nice my aunt decided to move there too. My mothers neighbors were extra nice and helped my out when needed and they helped my handicapped brother as well. When I had to move my mother out….. the property manager was excellent and the moving out process was super easy and it did not take long to receive her refund deposit.
As stated in the screenshot of the email i sent to corporate, I’ve contacted this property several times in two days to no avail. Several times the answering machine informed me that I was being sent to voicemail. It’s very disheartening to know others have had the same struggles with these leasing managers. I feel as though if you don’t want to do the job..quit or don’t come to work; but don’t be unprofessional and hinder others.
I moved in in DEC 2024 when i did My walk through it was so many things that needed to be done and i was Told they would be done and yet we in April and still haven’t even gotten my new appliances, my bathroom is missing a cabinet door that i still Haven’t received. The lady in the rental office do not answer the phone. She forgets everything. I still dont have a mailbox key that they are suppose to give me. No one answers the phone. I called several times and i went by the office twice. I saw someone inside and they didn't open the door nor answer the phone. Very unprofessional.
It's pretty sad trying to reach the office staff, but to no avail, you would think corporate would rectify this problem, ive stopped by the office on several occasions door was locked at 2 in the afternoon, 3 in the afternoon, and they never answer the phone, Red flag.
