I moved in in DEC 2024 when i did My walk through it was so many things that needed to be done and i was Told they would be done and yet we in April and still haven’t even gotten my new appliances, my bathroom is missing a cabinet door that i still Haven’t received. The lady in the rental office do not answer the phone. She forgets everything. I still dont have a mailbox key that they are suppose to give me. I currently live in the building and was one of the first pple to move in, don’t get me wrong they look decent but after 8yrs no upkeep, they won’t paint, it’s one maintenance man and he does everything but his job, he sits in his truck, he’ll be out here playing with a dog, washing the truck blasting music so no maintenance is being done in either building. I put in work orders no one comes out for weeks i reach back out to the property manger she acts like she has no clue that this guy hasn’t filled my work orders. The com... read more
My mother was one of the first tenants in the first building and the apartment was so nice my aunt decided to move there too. My mothers neighbors were extra nice and helped my out when needed and they helped my handicapped brother as well. When I had to move my mother out….. the property manager was excellent and the moving out process was super easy and it did not take long to receive her refund deposit.
I have read complaints about so many people living at this apartment complex I just wonder why they didn't contact code and compliance if they had that many complaints after all if they pay their rent on time they should be able to call them and if they talked to the people at the rent office in a nice low voice and business like
Worse place to live they violate section 42. they try to charge you fees that are not in your lease the manager is never in the office. They don’t give you accommodations they charge u more than max rent. they have mold in apartments they maintenance man is trash. he sits in his car all day andre was great. they are nasty in the elevators. Just ghetto mess If u have kids don’t move here. they are liars and cons
