We recently hired Brennan Painting to paint the trim on our house! Not only was Tim extremely prompt in providing us with an accurate and detailed quote, he was OUTSTANDING in communicating with us during all of the steps of the process (from the quote request all the way through to the completion (and post completion) of the work! Great......Communication, Clean-up, & overall workmanship "outstanding"
Used them for power-washing vinyl siding and they did a good job overall. Were unable to get some streaks below the windows completely off, but that was due to the alluminum window trim around the windows chauking and being drained down the siding for years. They did get most of it off however by hand washing and power washing over again, and the trim should be painted over to prevent furthur chauking. Siding where the streaks exist probably would have to be painted in the future as well.
