Absolutely the most unpleasant, unprofessional, unethical and rude realtor I have met to date. As someone who has worked and dealt with a multitude of realtors to see the way this man has handled the transfer of the home I reside in is deplorable. If zero stars were an option I would still attempt to go lower. As a renter in the south venice area who has attempted to purchase the home I have rented for over 5 years at a fair evaluation of the home despite the over inflated market. Hey there homebuyers! Let me start by simply stating that Brennan is absolutely incredible in every aspect! I was so grateful for Brennan's knowledge, professionalism, experience, and sense of humor during what would have otherwise been an overwhelmingly stressful situation for me. There is no doubt he had my best interests at heart from my initial search for a home all the way through the closing.
