A TERRIFYING MAN, who demeans his patients with fear, then if you ask for more bedside manner he berates you. I'll be calling the dental board.
If you can ever say that a dental experience was amazing, this was it. I went for the dreaded root canal yesterday and WOW, Dr. Brennan and his staff are truly the best. Their bedside manner, scheduling, transparency for insurance billing and costs are a welcome relief. I have zero pain, or discomfort and Dr. Brennan was very efficient, accommodating and careful. So relieved to have found him and would recommend highly!!!
Tooth pain turned out to require a root canal. Dr. Brennan was the only one available to address it quickly. I've always had bad sinuses, which restricts my breathing. Mentioned that immediately to Brennan and asked if the chairs incline could be adjusted up slightly during the procedure. He denied my request. This made it difficult to breathe for the entire 1.5 hr procedure. As I desperately tried to suppress my breathing and intermittently gulp for air, Brennan continued to scold me.
