This company put a new unit in for me a couple years ago. I've had nothing but break downs since installed. It's under warranty but am still charged for the parts shipping fees. Will come and repair the unit. Then not long after something else goes wrong. I paid out in service fees almost has much as I paid for the unit. Was a faulty product to start. My wife and I had our A/C guy for many years who is about to retire, so we needed to find a company for our new home. We were told about Brennan A/C from our electrician, and boy did we luck out. Mr. Patrick Brennan knows his stuff and his team is very knowledgeable as well. He installed our smart thermostat and also a UV lamp which we had wanted since we had one at our old house.
