Called this company for maintenance in May 2025, as they put a brand new hvac in back in 2020, so at first he said just refrigerant needed... did and first service fee was charged $. 2-3 days later still not cooling and the ac was coming on every 5 minutes, so I called the man who came to "fix" and he instructed me to do a couple of things myself. It’s been almost one year since I had my air conditioner replaced by Brennan Air Conditioning & Heating. The installation and service I received was outstanding! With the new unit I am enjoying comfort and energy savings. And as an extra bonus my electric bill has decreased significantly. I would highly recommend this company for your AC & Heating needs. We had Brennan service out A/C unit, including the coil, and couldn’t be happier. The price was very reasonable and the increase in performance was more than expected. He was very respectful of our property and cleaned up like he was never there. We recommend him to everyone that is looking for a reliable and reasonable guy.
