Staff polite and informative of services.
Started out with great customer service and nice people and then went down hill. Due to poor service in the last couple years I went to Citizens Bank.
I have been doing business with this bank for 12 years and they started charging fees recently. I called and three different people could not tell me what the fee was for but told me I was "just small business" and they were not going to wave any fees for me. The two other banks I deal with exempted my accounts from any fees but evidently this bank is doing so poorly that it needs to nickel and dime their customers. Find a bank that values your business and does not make rude comments when you call for an explanation.
