I have been doing business with this bank for 12 years and they started charging fees recently. I called and three different people could not tell me what the fee was for but told me I was "just small business" and they were not going to wave any fees for me. The two other banks I deal with exempted my accounts from any fees but evidently this bank is doing so poorly that it needs to nickel and dime their customers. Find a bank that values your business and does not make rude comments when you call for an explanation.
Terrible,shitty service from this Department,they hold your money but won’t let you have it when need be. Update:still dealing with there BS lol go else where your money deserves it.
Great customer service and nice people. They were great, due to poor service in the last couple years I went to Citizens Bank.
