I Love this place!! Great front desk staff.. always very pleasant and helpful!! Dr. Hammer is the best! Wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else!!
I would not dream of taking my two high-maintenance cats anywhere else but Brenford Animal Hospital. Dr. Campanicki is beyond wonderful. She's doctored our more high-maintenance cat through several health crises due to a recurring health condition, and she is always so thorough, calm, and reassuring. If you are looking for an excellent, caring vet practice in which to entrust the health care of your fur kids, I cannot recommend Brendford Animal Hospital highly enough.
I will be the first to say, our dogs are like our kids, so when Sammy was not walking well, and visibly sore we were worried. Having dachshunds we know backs are a fragile thing and we prayed it was not that! Dr. Campanicki was very thorough, and eased our concerns after an xray. She assured me with the right combination of medicines Sammy will improve. Thank you, Dr. Campanicki and all the staff at Brenford for squeezing us in early on a Saturday morning.
I love this veterinary clinic but today there was a lady working the front desk that must have gotten out of the wrong side of the bed. She was very short with me when I asked if the nail trim price had gone up as before it cost $11 and this time $13, she snapped it's always been that price. I then asked how much would it cost to spay my dog, she asked how much does she weigh? I had no idea so she stomped away to get her records from the back. Brenford cared for my pup (Miller) for about 10 years. Dr. Hammer is such a wonderful doctor and treated my pup so well. After 13 years, Miller passed away. The staff at Brenford sent flowers and a card. No one does that anymore. The staff is wonderful and it shows that they are animal lovers. Thank you for your wonderful care of my fur baby and the extension of condolences when he passed away. Your kindness makes it a little easier to cope. I will never take my fur babies anywhere else (unless I move too far away).
Switched to Brenford this morning. My little dog has awful allergies. The vet actually sat and talked answering all my questions. They don't push products. Very different experience from my previous vet. Staff are very nice showing pictures of their dogs and loving on my dog. So happy I made the switch.
