This is a great hospital. They are always friendly and welcoming and handle my pets with great care. All of the doctors are excellent. I would highly recommend.
Dr Booth, the techs and office staff at both the north and south offices have been wonderful to work with. My one of my corgis has several complex medical issues (Addison's disease, exocrine pancreatic insufficiency and idiopathic epilepsy) and Dr Booth always listens to my concerns and is willing to try different things (think outside the box). This was my vet for over 7 years. Wasn't cheap, but I wanted to provide what I thought was the best care possible. The way they treated the passing of my aging dog was horrible. There was a definite lack of compassion for my animal, rudeness by front desk staff, indifference of veterinarian staff, and a thoughtless business manager. Save yourself the heartache and resentment.
