Brendon was incredible - he helped us through every step of the way, was always available, and helped us out with a very tricky deal where the sellers converted their TIC to two condo units but were on the same loan, which meant that the sale of the two units had to close on the same day - meaning, all 4 parties involved had to have everything settled synchronously. He was the one person within the parties that knew about this rare and specific situation and the deal would have likely been off if he didn't go above and beyon... read more
