Can’t believe this place is in business. I never...never...write bad reviews. But I made an appointment for our poodle to get a haircut this morning. First time customer. The appointment was made for 9:45. That appointment was made via text this past weekend. I wish I had saved the texting back and forth. But I did not. Took my long haired dog there. Explained that all I wanted was a trim I did not want him shaved. When I came to pick him up he was of course shaved. The woman whom I assume is Brenda, responded by saying she had to shave him because his undercoat was severely matted due to my never brushing him. I brush him multiple times a week.. It's obvious what is actually going on. They charge the cheapest price around and make up for it by quantity instead of quality. Brenda's Grooming is by far the most caring and best grooming we have experienced for our Bichon Doggie . I highly recommend Alexis and company !
Took my long haired ragdoll cat for shaving. Staff was very personable and cat was very calm when I picked him up! Even had an adorable bandana around his neck.
We have 5 dogs between our extended family and the staff is always friendly and does an amazing job on them all.
