I am two and a half weeks past total knee replacement and I could not be more pleased with my recovery. We researched and know we made the best choice with Dr Kiernan. His knowledge and skill as a surgeon are what led to a good recovery. He is caring and compassionate and has a great way of explaining everything about the process. Very pleased to have chosen him.
Dr Kiernan is the best! He is always pleasant and informative. The staff is friendly and professional. After hip replacement a little over 3 months ago, my hip feels great! I heard many good things about him from others and I would highly recommend.

What a wonderful doctor. Dr. Kiernan replaced my hip and got me back golfing in no time. I can finally enjoy my life again and you can barely see the scar! He has a lovely bedside manner and even called the day before surgery to check on me. Overall just a kind person that cares about his patients
I had my left knee replaced by an older, very experienced Boston surgeon. Time passed and my right knee needed badly replaced with several complications (meniscus tear, fracture and Bakers cyst). So glad I switched to Dr. Kiernan! Not only is he very knowledgeable, personable, and thorough but you feel like a person— not a number being rushed. You feel heard.
