No patient should exit from a doctor feeling defeated. My wife just came home looking like her dog was shot. A patient comes to you with symptoms they have had for years now. That impedes them swallowing at times and all you can say is, nothing looks wrong, nothing I can do, exit is to the left. Where is your bedside manner? Just because you don’t know the answer and havnt heard of what she is experiencing doesn’t make it any less true. If I could give you zero stars I would.
He listens and answers all my questions. Explained well everything I needed to know about my condition.
Gave me 2 minutes of his time did not even check my ear. Shaneful.
I wouldn't recommend this doctor at all!!!.. I took my son to him for his ear problem. They had us sign a form for audioscopy or something similar to that, before going in. I said he is not here for that. Secretary said MD requires to be signed for everyone before the ENT visit. The doctor literally did nothing. The appointment took only couple minutes. Our insurance got charged $600 for doing nothing. & we had to pay $25 co-pay. In top of the inconvenience of getting my child to the appointment.
