I'm giving you a five star review. Brenda Smith was absolutely amazing during this process. The underwriting process left alot to be desired. When UW would request a document, we would send it right away then would have to wait two days for an update. It was a long drawn out process that was very frustrating. I do understand that it was also the holiday season.
