I don’t normally leave google reviews but I had to commend Ms. Rachel and the staff on the loving and professional care the team has provided for my daughter. My daughter has special needs and has been a client for 3+ years. She loves the staff! And I feel very comfortable with the care and attention she receives. I would highly recommend the Brenda Richardson Memorial Care Home to anyone who is looking for a caring home for their loved ones
Let me start by saying I added my review of this business because my dad is a resident and my niece is a new employee and on behalf of my niece she loves working here and she loves the 2 ladies she works with especially Ms. Womack. Back to the review my dad was living with me for a total of 9 years and I was at the edge of breaking. I can't stress enough how much I would NOT work here. I was worried reading the other reviews, but I thought I could try. I didn't make it to a full day of my assignment. Two awful days from 9-4 on a laptop training in a terribly uncomfortable metal chair when it could have been done at home...If you can't make it decent for people, don't make them do that. Rachel won't let GROWN adults walk inside through the office to the bathroom so you have to go in and out a door all day. The poor office girl has to get up over a hundre... read more

Rachel is very rude and unprofessional. She should NOT be in ANY leadership position! She does not have any compassion and should not be in the position to lead a company that cares for the elderly.
