Dr Olmos is awesome! Very personable and attentive.
The other reviewer was right. I’ve called three times. Twice last week on Thursday or Friday and just now on a Monday at 11 am and the phone rings twice then hangs up. Not a good look.
Please pick my call. I want to schedule an appointment and I promise I’ll pay my bill and not push it on insurance. For some reason they never pick the call. I tried 9:30 AM and then 2 PM. It rings for 3 seconds and then someone shuts the call. Can’t imaging how they have such high rating. I’m having same issue with some of the other primary care specialist too. Not sure what’s happening??
I always have a a great time when I see Brenda, She is so kind and knows what I am talking about or she looks it up, She takes her time and listens!🌹
