RUN!!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BRENDA!!!! I was a faithful tenant but they NEVER Fixed any Request in a timely manner unless it was convenient for them! She wants to know who you invite in your home and is very rude and Nasty when she speaks to her tenants. When Moveout came She charged me for services that were never rendered and I have proof of it! All the reviews of how nasty Brenda’s attitude is 100% true. Screaming over the phone, hanging up on people is so unprofessional. Rented a property for 5 years there, they NEVER fixed anything they said they were going to do(if they fixed anything it was with the wrong parts, so technically no it wasn’t fixed). Everything was “good” until I wasn’t going to resign again. held on to my deposit for over 30 days and no notice of them holding it was ever sent to me and they still are holding it.
