Brenda Andrew is a wonderful and hardworking realtor. She has helped provide us with everything I have wanted while I was looking for a home. First time homebuyer and Brenda made it a great experience. We looked at a ton of houses and ended up buying a house that wasn't even on the market. I highly recommend Brenda Andrew with Ultima Real Estate. Her website gives Buyers / Sellers daily emails on new listings or listings that have price changes, etc. This is helpful in situations when looking for a specific home price or location that many others are looking for! Brenda has the experience we needed and was able to help us negotiate to buy a great home on the water!

Brenda was very easy to work with. She remained calm even when we had some unusual cases of purchases that fell through for various reasons. She kept in constant contact with me to get the home listed at the best time. She listened to suggestions regarding pictures and ideas for marketing, based on what friends had said about our home. What we liked best was her honesty. We knew we could trust her.

My experience with Brenda J. Andrew was and exceptional one! Brenda helped me sell my home as quickly as possible. This was the first time that I had to sell a home so I was clueless to the process and in working with the banks. Brenda was a God send when I was looking for a realtor! I had already had a rough start with a couple of inexperienced agents and Brenda's knowledge and experience was refreshing.
